Fiocco - Aria and Rondo
Aria and Rondo can serve as an excellent introduction to the Baroque style, featuring both lyrical and technical sections with notated ornamentation. The rondo contains arpeggiated sixteenth note figures and occasional intervals of 6ths and octaves.

Fitzgerald - Introduction and Fantasy
This short solo features frequent changes in style, tempo, and key. It also contains many intervals larger than a 5th and requires clarity throughout the full range of the trumpet.

Gabaye - Boutade
Boutade is a quick solo in a clear ABA form. The A sections require consistently light articulation across all dynamics, while the B section is more lyrical in nature with dramatic dynamic shifts. Parts available for trumpet in Bb or C.
